Now I have chance to digest the events of last week, I wanted to drop you a line to express my sincere gratitude of how you relentlessly ensured the wedding was as perfect as it could be putting myself and the bridal party first. This is more amazing considering you guys maybe wondering what was happening with your own job.
You are truly a credit to Stanley House and are essential component to securing the success and longevity of the venue. You are fantastic at what you do and we hope everything works out ok for you all after this ‘surreal situation’ disappears. Andrew and I look forward to coming back as the place holds a special place in our heart which you guys have contributed to.
Apologies for the relentless crying. Natalie – you only had to look at me and I was tearful and poor Joe!!! What can I say – you a true gent, a sobbing middle aged woman is not a good look ???? We genuinely wish you all the best for the future and please share this e-mail with your GM as I want him to know how special you are and true assets to the business.
Thank you so much and sending a virtual hug, you made our wedding special and managed to take away the stressors and reality of the outside world. The venue looked beautiful and you guys played a blinder ????

Just also want to say a big thank you to you, Joe and the rest of the team. We couldn’t have wished for a more special day. Everyone couldn’t do enough for us and the guests complimented everything from the food to the staff so thank you.
