I am writing this email to express gratitude towards all the staff at Stanley house who made our stay wonderful.
We had an issue on the way to Stanley house and ended up with a punctured tyre. We were unsure of what to do and where to get help. The receptionist mentioned that the maintenance team at the hotel may be able to have a look at it. They fitted the spare tyre for us whilst we were in the spa. This was dealt with immediately completely putting our mind at rest so we could enjoy our time.
The hotel is beautiful but honestly it is the service that made our stay so good. From the spa to the restaurant and reception.
We just thought we would pass this feedback on to yourselves, hope it’s useful.
