We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything that you did for our weddding. It has been so lovely to have your support from day one and we are really going to miss all of the wedding prep. Your hard work certainly didn’t go unnoticed. We are hoping to call in on Saturday afternoon to bring some well deserved thank you gifts. If you’re not working we will leave them behind the reception desk for you.

To all concerned at Stanley House & Spa,
On behalf of my husband and myself, i am just emailing to say a massive thank you for the hospitality and catering at the weekend just passed for our wedding. It was definitely the best day ever, and all the staff involved helped to make this possible. We’d just like to say the biggest thank you to Patrick, who showed us so much care during the day, and did everything we asked and more. Everyone of our family members commented on nice everybody was and just how stunning the hotel is. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, and we look forward to coming over to stanley again in the future

To The Stanley House Team,
I apologise that it has taken us so long to send this! Things have been a little hectic since our wedding on 3rd December 2016!
Firstly, thank you to the Wedding Team for all their help and advice in the last 11 months leading up to the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for you. In particular thanks to Bethany and Andy, for answering our endless questions. You were always so kind and patient with us, even when the questions seemed trivial. We liked the fact that everything seemed relaxed and we were never pushed or put under pressure for payments and suchlike. Bethany, thank you for sorting out extra requests, such as an oval top table, 3 nights in the Bridal Suite 7 instead of one, and the Escape package so that we could thoroughly enjoy ourselves the next day and indulge in a spa day/meal/extra night. This was the icing on the cake!
Secondly thank you to the Reception/Reservations Team, in particular Clare and Monica. You were very helpful and flexible, even allowing some of the guests to pay for their rooms in installments, or guests changing their minds about their requirements. You were both always so happy and friendly on the end of the phone!
Thirdly, a big thank you to the Operations Team for the running of our special day. Meghan, thanks for everything you did behind the scenes. Victoria, thanks for looking after us in the evening, saving food for us when we didn’t feel like eating, and even heating it up and sending it over to our room later. Patryk, you were amazing! You ran our day with military precision, taking care of everything so we didn’t have anything to worry about – even when a guest was taken ill with chest pains. You went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect, sorting out the music system the night before, sitting with my dad when I wasn’t ready to go, and even walking my mum down the aisle because everyone was already seated. You were on top of everything, not letting anyone’s glass get empty and even helping us decide what to do with a last minute speech request! You stayed later than planned to make sure everything went smoothly. You did all this with a smile on your face and we can safely say our day would not have been the same without you! For about a week afterwards, we had guests asking your name and singing your praises!
There were so many little things that the entire team took care of, that we wouldn’t have even thought about, such as tidying the room for us when we left to go the ceremony so that it was clean and relaxing to come back to that evening, instead of the bomb-site the bridesmaids and Sally left it in! We were even offered a glass of Prosecco in the spa the next day to say congratulations.
Thank you to every one of you, for everything you did, you helped to make our wedding day so perfect. We are so glad we chose Stanley House as our venue.
We will definitely be back before long, especially now that we are in the Forget Me Not club! My mum has already been back with her sisters for a spa break!

Thanks so much for everything you and the rest of the team did for us in the lead up to our wedding on 3rd December – there is a thank you card winging it’s way to Stanley House as we speak!
Hopefully will see you all again soon, we’re hoping to come back regularly – we love it there so much!

Many thanks for the work you put in to organising Katy and Dannys wedding.
We had a wonderful day on Sunday and everything ran very smoothly. The staff at Stanley House were great and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer day.
